männer.ch/masculinities.ch sees itself as a lean, agile organization that represents the interests of boys and men in Switzerland. We strive to do this with little staff and overhead costs. Our offices are in Burgdorf, but our work happens all throughout Switzerland.
Secretary General, männer.ch/masculinities.ch & Program Director, MenCare Switzerland
Markus served as President of männer.ch/masculinities.ch from its founding in 2005 until 2015. Now the Secretary General and Program Director of the national program MenCare Switzerland, Markus is responsible for the operations at männer.ch/masculinities.ch. He also offers organizational and strategic consultancies through his business, Social Affairs GmbH. He lives in Zürich with his family.

Program Coordinator Romandie
Gilles is the MenCare program coordinator for the french speaking part of Switzerland. He also represents maenner.ch in this area.
Nicolas is responsible for online and offline communication with current and future members of männer.ch/masculinities.ch and supports our political advocacy.
Nicolas is the father of two children and lives in Scharans and Zürich.
Project Manager, Mehr Männer in die Kinderbetreuung MAKI
Lu is one of the pioneers of work with men in Switzerland and co-founded Mannebüro Züri in 1990. He is self-employed and works as a supervisor, adult coach, and expert on gender issues. His work for männer.ch/masculinities.ch entails leading the project Mehr Männer in die Kinderbetreuung MAKI.

Simone is the backbone of our office: all requests go through her, and she transfers them to the proper specialist. Simone keeps our membership mailing list up to date and reminds us of everything that may have slipped our minds.
Renate is responsible for all financial matters and knows how to stay on top of things Thanks to the various projects that we bill for separately, this is not an easy task.
As a lean organization, we frequently rely on external partners. We strive to build and maintain long-term relationships with our partners. Our agency for communications and visual design is Feinripp, our campaign partner is Kampagnenforum, our web partner is Kampaweb, and our research partner is the Swiss Institute for Men and Gender Issues SIMG.
